Handling time

After orders get paid, it normally takes about 2-5 business days for product testing, quality inspection, warehouse packing. Then deliver to the logistics center for shipping. (Affected by hot-sales season or public holidays, the processing time may be extended to 5-7 business days).

 

Shipping methods

We offer international shipping service via DHL, UPS, FedEx, or EMS to most North America, Europe, and Asia countries. And extra cost to some other countries like Russia, South Africa, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, etc.

As a factory wholesale platform, we also offer international shipping service via Air Cargo, Sea Cargo, etc. For bulk orders, please contact us for details via kabeam88@hotmail.com

Note: We do not deliver to P.O boxes, we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order.

 

Shipping time

It normally takes about 3-7 business days for international shipping via DHL, UPS, FedEx, and 10-20 business days for EMS. In case of irresistible factors (bad weather, shipping congestion, special festivals, etc.), the shipping time may be postponed correspondingly. This should not be your reason for after-sales or disputes about the order.

 

Tracking your packages

We provide complete and timely logistics information tracking for all orders in kabeam.com. Only the packages that have been packaged and sent to logistics companies can be tracked logistics information.

 

Customs clearance and duties

Local duties and taxes may be applied to your package. Kabeam has no control over these fees. Please refer to your country's customs and import office for more information before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you. The amount you pay in Kabeam only includes the product price and the corresponding freight, excluding customs duties or taxes.

 

How to pay customs duties

When the package arrives at your country, the local customs or logistics company will notify you by phone or email to pay customs duties. The notification will state the exact amount of customs duties.

Please complete the payment according to the notification you received. After payment, the logistics company will continue to deliver the package to you.

 

Package delivery time

You need to pay customs duties within 7 days of receiving the notification. The time waiting for you to pay customs duties will not be included in the order delivery time.

If you fail to pay customs duties on time, it will be deemed to have refused to pay customs duties by the local customs.

 

After-sales and disputes

1, Refusal to pay customs duties will result in the package being unable to be delivered or being destroyed by the local customs. You will voluntarily bear all losses and liabilities. Kabeam will not refund you for this reason, and you will lose the right to apply for after-sales service to Kabeam.

2, Kabeam will not accept any form of payment disputes for orders that have not been delivered due to refusal to pay customs duties.
